Classes at The Arc Portland Metro

At The Arc Portland Metro, we believe learning should be engaging, inclusive, and centered around real-life skills. That’s why we offer a variety of classes designed to support people in the I/DD community as they grow in confidence, independence, and connection. Our classes fall into three main categories: Well-Being, Everyday Skills, and Specialty Programs—each one designed to support people for a better quality of life.
